According to Official site: Admission will be conducted in order of merit of the candidates who present themselves for counseling/admission until the seats are filled up. In the event that First Waiting List and Second Waiting List have been published by the concerned department, First Waiting List will be opened if vacancies exist after completion of admission from First List and Second Waiting List will be opened only if vacancies exist after completion of admission from First Waiting List.
